Return

Most items are designed and customized for you - this means that when you place your order, we design and/or print that item(s) just for you. Special events items (items produced for a special/trending event) are not refundable.  Because of the nature of these item(s), we do not accept return requests for those products. They are customized and printed on demand.

We do not offer refunds on custom items or digital products due to these items being made just for you. If you received a mock-up of your product(s) prior to shipping and approved the product, there will be a $30 replacement fee plus the cost of shipping for changes that you request. You can contact us within 72 hours after receiving the item(s) and provide a confirmation via photo or video, that your product(s) were not as described or expected. If you receive a product that is damaged, we offer replacement options on a case-by-case basis.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Exception

An exception, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be completely damaged during shipping. This means your item(s) must not be able to be used at all. All of our customers have a 72-hour time frame to notify us of damage after receiving their item(s). Please contact us at info@mkececreationz.com immediately after receiving your item(s), if it is damaged during the shipping process. We will provide instructions on how to file a claim with the shipping carrier (depends on the shipping option you selected), if insurance was included. (Generally maximum is up to $100).

Cancellation Policy

Orders are confirmed for printing 12 hours after they are placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, your order is only eligible to be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order.  After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be cancelled. For items in which a mock-up is needed, cancellation must be placed before the mock-up is presented. If a design fee was paid, it is non-refundable.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the shipping carrier, we will notify you by email.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout as we are not responsible, if your order gets delivered to an incorrect address.

If you contact the shipping carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, damaged or delayed.

Once the refund is initiated, please remember it can take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We have a 3-calendar day return policy, which means you have 3 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM PRODUCTS!!!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund to your account.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item or the shipping provider has misplaced my package?

We're extremely sorry to hear that you have experienced this unfortunate mishap. Prior to our submission of your packages to the selected shipping carrier, we ensure the quality of each product. However, there are other factors that might have resulted in the damage to your product(s) during transit.

-Best Contact Telephone Number

-Picture(s) of Damaged/Incorrect Product(s)

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and/or returned.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  We only replace items if they are defective, not damaged by the shipping carrier. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email to info@mkececreationz.com for return shipping information.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. (Determined on a case-by-case basis).

-Items with obvious signs of use (NO REFUND)

-Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to an error on MK EYE CATCHING EVENTFUL CREATIONS

-Any item that we have not been notified within the allotted time frame of 3 calendar days after confirmed receipt of delivery by the shipping carrier.
