We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product or service at any time without notice.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all order details

  • Verifying spelling, dates, and personalization information

  • Reviewing mock-ups prior to approval

  • Providing high-quality images and artwork

Once a design mock-up has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all approved content.

MKECELLC is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including but not limited to:

  • Misspellings

  • Incorrect dates

  • Incorrect names

  • Low-resolution images

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer

Customer-Provided Content

Customers may upload photos, logos, artwork, designs, and other materials for customization.

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content, or

  • You have obtained permission to use the content.

You grant MKECELLC a limited license to use submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

MKECELLC reserves the right to refuse content that:

  • Violates intellectual property rights

  • Contains unlawful material

  • Is offensive, threatening, or discriminatory

  • Violates applicable laws

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Product availability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud

  • Inaccurate customer information

If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued when applicable.

Processing & Shipping

Processing times vary depending on product type and order volume.

Current estimated processing times are provided on the website and may change without notice.

Shipping times are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.

MKECELLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier service interruptions

Ownership and responsibility for packages transfer to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within twelve (1-2) hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

For products requiring mock-up approval, cancellation requests must be submitted before the mock-up is approved.

Design fees, consultation fees, and completed design work are non-refundable.

Refunds & Returns

All refunds, returns, replacements, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Due to the custom nature of many products, most personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Customers are encouraged to review the Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of MKECELLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes:

  • Logos

  • Product designs

  • Artwork

  • Graphics

  • Product descriptions

  • Website content

  • Marketing materials

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent from MKECELLC.
